Working at the heart of our program, students and post-doctoral researchers within NCCR Catalysis contribute to top-level research in a highly interdisciplinary environment, pioneering modern practices in sustainable chemistry and catalysis. To foster this talent further, NCCR Catalysis organizes a range of activities targeted at developing technical and soft skills. These include regular interdisciplinary research meetings, courses related to sustainable chemistry and catalysis, seminars, workshops, and laboratory exchanges. Students and post-doctoral researchers who acquire at least 30 accredited hours through this program are eligible for a certificate that reflects this broad training. The full description of the Catalyzer Program, as well as details on funding for laboratory exchanges, documenting your progress, and acquiring the certificate are available here.
