Prediction of enzymatically catalyzed chemical reactions

Inventors: Matteo Manica, Teodoro Laino, Daniel Probst, and Alain Claude Vaucher, IBM

This patent describes a method for predicting biocatalytic reactions, those catalyzed with an enzyme. The method includes the process of training a machine learning model, and then predicting inputs from the trained model.
